Manikanta Constructions was built on site, not in a boardroom. The people who set its standards are still the people who sign off on every slab, every finish and every handover.

Founder & Managing Director

Ramanjan Reddy started Manikanta Constructions in 2018 from a small office in Uppal with a simple promise: build the house you would want to live in yourself. Eight years and more than 650 completed projects later, that promise still decides how the company works, from the grade of steel that reaches the site to the final coat of paint before handover.

He personally reviews every project estimate and every structural drawing before work begins, and stays reachable to clients through the entire build. His approach has made word of mouth the company's largest source of new work across Hyderabad.
